PuriCare Procedure Stations provide personnel, animal and environmental protection. They are specialized Class II A2 biological safety cabinets that meet or exceed the product and personnel protection requirements of NSF 49. These stations are designed for conducting small animal research activities including cage changing, weighing, anesthesia delivery and surgical procedures. They create Class 5 conditions per ISO 14644-1 and 2 (formerly Class ) and use supply and exhaust 99.99% efficient HEPA filters. Constructed of glacier white powder-coated steel exterior with stainless steel interior and bright, 90- footcandle, glare-free fluorescent lighting located outside the contaminated work area.
