It will be unavoidable to eliminate all gaps because wood shrinks and swells based on the humidity level. A plus or minus 1/16" shrinkage or swelling variation is normal and will likely occur. \nSplits, checks and warping can be expected as the product ages. Knot holes and knots are natural characteristics of all wooden garden products. Imperfections such as these that do not affect the structural integrity or are caused by every day wear are not covered under this warranty.\nHardware, fabric or wood finishes are not covered by this warranty whether applied by the factory or after purchase.
