The adapter provides an added 6.25” range of height adjustment (3.25” up and 3” down from center), so you can create an ergonomic position that relieves tension on the neck, back, and shoulders. The tool-less adjustment feature allows you to change the height of your monitor by hand in an instant. To reset the height, simply raise the monitor to the highest point and then place at the desired position.
