SMC's series CA2-Z air cylinder is 15% lighter than the existing CA2 cylinder.? Fine adjustment is now possible due to the increase in the air cushion?adjustment range.? The CA2-Z can now be ordered with rod end or pivot brackets, and mounting dimensions are the same as the existing CA2.? A variety of auto switches are available for mounting, including compact switches and magnetic field resistant switches.? The CA2-Z is available in 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 bores sizes, and is RoHS compliant.
The C85 series conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm with standard strokes ranging from 10mm through 300mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable nose seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.
The CRA1 rack and amp; pinion rotary actuator offers very high torque-to-size and accurate positioning. Bore sizes are 30, 50, 63, 80 and 100mm. Units may be ordered auto-switch capable and with cushions. Dimensions range from 3" X 4" X 2" to a maximum of 8" X 9.65" X 4.41". Single shaft end or double shaft end models are available.
The NCRB single vane, double shaft style rotary actuator is available in 7 sizes (10-30mm). Rotation angles of up to 270 is possible for the entire series. The NCRB series offers smooth, step-free operation and long life expectancies in rugged service applications. Optional auto switches are available.
