In support of the identity theft protocols, Data Alchemy currently maintains customer information on account for 5 years. Data Alchemy has a process in place to automatically erase customer personal data 5 years after the customer account has been closed.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling for direct marketing purposes). If you make such an objection, we will cease to process your personal data for this purpose.
