Featuring two stainless steel drawers, one full door, and one half door, all with magnetic snap-in gaskets that ensure a tight seal, the unit ensures that your fresh, frozen ingredients are stored within easy reach and at the proper temperature. The half door above the condensing unit opens to a refrigerated compartment and is field rehingeable for greater versatility when your new unit is being installed at your location. <br><br> This undercounter freezer has a 19 cu. ft. capacity to store your condiments, meats, and more. To provide you with the most efficient organization space, each of the drawers accommodates 2 full size, 6" deep food pans, and the full door section includes 2 shelves. The cabinet is built with a stainless steel top, front, and ends, and with a galvanized steel back and grill. The interior is made of aluminum, and 2" non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation helps this unit maintain interior temperatures while also providing additional structural strength.<br><br> A 1/2 hp compressor allows this freezer to maintain food safe temperatures, even in kitchens where ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant while a forced air system circulates cold air for even temperature distribution. Other features of this refrigeration system include the automatic non-electric condensate evaporator that helps to save energy, the plasticized fin evaporator coil, and the automatic defrost function.
