User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage and simplifying cleaning of the Metro C589-SDC-UPDS. These controls measure and display actual cabinet temperature and alert you with a low temperature alarm to assure you the cabinet is always at the desired temperature. The safe temperature screen ensures that food temperatures are maintained and food is not under or over cooked.<br><br> This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70 to 200 degrees so food never has a chance to cool off. The full perimeter, 1" thick, high-density insulation ensures no heat is lost or wasted. To keep food moist, this holding cabinet features a water pan that adds humidity to the cabinet.<br><br> For excellent maneuverability, it comes with (4) 5" donut neoprene casters, perfect for improved floor protection and quiet operation.
