Apply inks and other mediums to paper crafting projects mess-free. The Mini Ink Blending Foam attaches easily to the Mini Ink Blending Tool. To Use: Attach the fabric side of the Mini Ink Blending Foam to tool base. Tap onto tool. Gently rub tool in circular motion or pounce. For multiple colors, apply light ink first.
