This unit is mounted on a stand with your choice of 4 casters (2 lockable) or bullet feet. There is also an additional shelf for another piece of equipment or keeping product at the ready. The steamer can hold up to (6) 2 1/2" deep full size pans or (4) 4" deep full size pans. Built with 14-gauge stainless steel, the steamer cavity is made to last. This unit requires a 208V connection. The Evolution electric steamers are EPA 202 Certified which means no hood is required (please check with local authorities).
