This All Points 46-1081 booster heater thermostat is designed specifically for use with your Hatco unit and can measure temperatures between 110-192 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a 1/4" x 4" FreeForm bulb, 24" long capillary, and 3/8" stuff box. It is screwdriver adjustable.
