Use this shelf to store commonly used items, appliances, or ingredients where you can access them easily. Just be sure to install it 6" off of the ground when used in food service applications to comply with food safety regulations. The legs of this work table are 1 5/8" in diameter and are made of stainless steel, with 5" casters to make it mobile. 2 casters come with brakes to lock it in place.
