13MHHM-DP200 - Double Pin Clamp - Heavy Duty - Dixon Valve

Dixon 13MHHM-DP Double Pin Heavy Duty Clamps are constructed from 304 stainless steel and intended for use with Tri-Clamp fitting connections. The double pin hinge on these clamps provides a more precise fitment over the joint for well distributed clamping pressures. These hinge clamps come furnished with a cross hole wing nut.<br><br>Dixon offers a complete line of replacement components and accessories to compliment their clamps. While these clamps are designed for heavy duty applications, over time the wear and tear of repeated change outs will start to take a toll. So, whether it's a lost wing nut, bent rivet pin, or cross threaded bolt, we have you covered! You can even upgrade these clamps with a Spring Loaded Nut or Torque-Rite Nut for added security in high vibration or PTFE creep environments.<br><br><b>Safety Note:</b> Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads. Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipe line operating pressures.
