The bed when opened will require a clearance of 93" from the wall extending into the room. The height of the ceiling needs to be a minimum of 89" to be able to raise the bed during installation. Clearance of 9.6" under the bed when it is open. Bed must be secured to the wall into wood or metal studs. Mattress not included. Box spring not required. Assembly required. Easy to install.
