This is the AirDog I FP-100 fuel system for the 2008-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L. This fuel system replaces your factory low pressure frame rail mounted pump. This system mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. Fuel is picked up through the factory suction line, in the fuel module, to feed the AirDog. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system. All Diesel Engines Need a ‘State of the Art’ Fuel Filtration Delivery System! The solution for diesel performance is the AirDog Fuel Preporator . It is the only filtration delivery system that separates air from the fuel, as well as water and particulates. This fuel system maintains the proper pressure flow to the transfer pump, eliminating cavitation and vapor.
