EPDM Gaskets are generally only suitable for low pressure steam between -30&deg;F and 300&deg;F. EPDM is a good choice for Tri-Clamp Gaskets when an economical solution for weather and chemical resistant seals is desired. Chemically, EPDM has good resistance to animal oils, vegetable oils, ozone, strong chemicals, and oxidizing chemicals.
