SS316 casters are ideal for light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. Built with 316 stainless steel, which contains additional molybdenum and nickel content, making it more corrosion resistant than standard 304 stainless steel. The glass filled nylon wheels provide very low rolling resistance, show a high resistance to many aggressive substances, will not flat spot, and under normal operating conditions are maintenance free. Resistant to most chemical and oils, these glass filled nylon wheels will keep you safely moving forward. Mounting options include top plate, bolt hole, expanding stem and standard and metric threaded stem sizes.

- These Service Caster Series #20 High Temperature Glass Filled Nylon casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3” Wheel: 4-1/8” mounting height; 3-1/2” wheel: 4-5/8” mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-1/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/8” mounting height.

- All casters feature an expanding stem that is 2-11/16” in length. The expanding stem comes in 10 different diameters: (3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8”, 1-1/2”, 1-5/8”, 1-3/4”, and 1-7/8”). Before ordering, Service Caster recommends measuring the inside diameter of your tubing- this measurement will determine the corresponding expanding stem diameter needed. - Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) or a total lock brake (TTL).
