Heavy-duty system ideal for foundries, mining, logging equipment repair and other industrial applications has built-in CNC interface to offer easy connection of automation applications. It comes with two ESP-150 consoles, PT-26 torch, coolant circulator built into the console, spare parts kit, regulator, gas hoses, work cable and water hose. System that offers 90% duty-cycle at 300 A and 100% duty-cycle at 280 A is separated into two 150 A consoles for smaller scale applications. System that provides adjustable output down to 30 A to cut thinner metals eliminates carbon arc fumes with excellent plasma gouging capacity to remove up to 77 lb of metal an hour. Torch is wrapped with leather sheath to safeguard torch leads from abrasion and molten metal while the design of the torch offers perfect electrode centering for durability. Built-in water cooler simplifies maintenance, with less hookup and without wiring issues or extra hoses while water flow in the cooler is controlled with power supply. Plasma system allows automatic intermittent cutting for additional capability and to permit continuous cutting of grates, expanded metal, heavy screen material and more. Built-in CNC interface offers easy connection of automation applications while thermal overload switches avoid damage when the unit is overheated due to insufficient airflow.
