13MHHM-3P200 - Three Segment Sanitary Clamp - Dixon Valve

Dixon 13MHHM-3P Three Segment Clamps are constructed from 304 stainless steel and intended for use with sanitary Tri-Clamp fitting connections. The three piece hinge design of these sanitary clamps provides the most evenly distributed clamping pressure possible while maintaining the ease of use that a wing nut style clamp offers. A three segment clamp will allow for slightly higher service pressure ratings over traditional 2-piece hinge clamps.<br><br>Dixon Sanitary offers a complete line of replacement components and accessories to compliment their sanitary clamps. While these clamps are designed for heavy duty applications, over time the wear and tear of repeated change outs will start to take a toll. So, whether it's a lost wing nut, bent rivet pin, or cross threaded bolt, we have you covered! You can even upgrade these clamps with a Spring Loaded Nut or Torque-Rite Nut for added security in high vibration or PTFE creep environments.<br><br><b>Safety Note:</b> Service pressure ratings are based on the following parameters: matching elastomer gaskets and weld ferrules properly aligned and assembled with the clamps tightened to required torques. Tests are done hydrostatically with no water hammer or shock loads. Please note the pressure ratings of the described unions may be above the recommended pipe line operating pressures.
