This <b>Rixson? Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer</b> provides the best mechanical means of controlling a door. The weight of the door is supported by the bottom arm, which is directly connected to the floor closer spindle. The direct connection between the bottom arm and the floor closer spindle creates a tremendous increase in closing efficiency compared to surface or overhead concealed closers. This closer is capable of supporting exterior or interior doors weighing up to 450 lbs.
