To ensure proper support and safety for both the user and a load of inventory, the ladder features a durable and resilient steel frame with a powder-coated gray finish that makes it highly resistant to scratching, water and chemical corrosion, and weathering. When both the ladder and the 2 stock shelves are in use, the unit has a maximum combined use weight capacity of 600 lb. The ladder has an individual weight capacity of 450 lb. when the shelves are unoccupied, while the shelves have a combined capacity of 300 lb. of evenly distributed weight when the ladder is not in use. <br><br>This ladder is equipped with a set of 4 casters that allow it to be effortlessly rolled into position wherever it&#39;s needed. To ensure safe operation prior to use, the ladder has a convenient foot pedal-activated lockstep that retracts the front casters to prevent movement.
