Tray The FT905/6/7/8 series includes the FT905, FT906, FT907 and FT908 which are complete System-OnChip 32-bit RISC microcontrollers for embedded applications featuring a high level of integration and low power consumption. Integrated Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) supports external 12MHz crystal and direct external clock source input.  32.768 kHz Real Time Clock (RTC) support. One USB 2.0 EHCI compatible host controller supports high-speed (480Mbit/s), full-speed (12Mbit/s), and low-speed (1.5Mbit/s).
