The Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) backing enables quick disc changes. The stearate coating reduces disc loading. Use these discs on random orbital and rotary sanders, for all-purpose dry sanding and finishing applications. The premium heat-treated aluminum oxide provides 30% to 50% faster cut rate than standard aluminum oxide discs. The flexible, super-strong B-weight latex backing has excellent resistance to tearing. It contains no pigments or dyes, eliminating any color transfer to workpieces. The vacuum holes pull swarf (sanded-off material) away from the point of grind, producing a cleaner cutting surface and longer disc life.
