<p>This Allen Bradley Guardmaster power to lock switch has a supply voltage of 24VAC/DC, 2NC Safety Contacts, 1NO Auxiliary Contact, and 1NC/1NO Solenoid Contacts. This positive-mode, tongue-operated guard-locking interlock switch locks a machine guard closed until power is isolated while the guard is open. Exceptional security and stability due to high locking force of 2000 N</p><p>A unique feature of this switch is a patented self-aligning head that tolerates actuator or guard misalignment, making it particularly useful for heavy machine guards. Designed for industrial and processing machines that don’t stop immediately or where premature interruption of the machine could cause damage to production tooling and components or other hazards.</p><p>The housing material is made of glass-filled PBT and has an operating temperature of -20 to +60 °C. The conduit entry is M20 and has interlock has a thermal current of 10 A and rated insulation voltage of 500V. For additional protection against actuator damage due to poor gate alignment this interlock switch is fitted with a stainless-steel actuator guide. Actuator is not supplied and must be ordered separately.</p>
