Edge-grain butcher blocks are constructed using wood strips that run the full length of the block, providing a clean look of continuity. These particular counter tops are 1-1/2 inches thick, 25 inches wide, 60 inches long, and finished with food-safe natural oil (for tops you intend to cut upon).
