These snap-top vials offer excellent performance on all autosamplers using 12x32mm vials. Every glass vial is precleaned and packaged in an ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom, in a box bearing the Class 10K seal. The result is a vial that exceeds most OEM requirements at no additional cost. Cleaner vials improve performance by eliminating almost all particulates. Vials and inserts are made from Type 1 borosilicate glass or polypropylene and meet strict tolerances. They perform equal to an 11mm crimp-top vial for samples that have low volatility, while offering the convenience and accessibility of snap caps. Vials are available in unassembled kits with polypropylene caps. Conical inserts, inserts with plastic springs, and flat bottom inserts are also available to assist in consistent sampling of low-volume samples.
