These screw-thread vials offer excellent performance on all autosamplers that use 12x32mm vials. All glass vials are precleaned and packaged in an ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom, in a box bearing the Class 10K seal. The result is a product that exceeds most OEM requirements for an autosampler vial at no additional cost. Cleaner vials improve performance by eliminating almost all particulates. The vials and inserts are made from Type 1 borosilicate glass or polypropylene and meet strict tolerances. Their performance is equal to an 11mm crimp-top vial, with the convenience and accessibility of screw threads. Conical inserts, inserts with plastic springs, and flat bottom inserts are also available to assist in consistent samples of low-volume samples.
