Replacement Fryer Thermostat Previously known as Sunne Controls the Peco TC125-025 thermostat is a replacement thermostat control suited for use in standing pilot deep fryers. It features a millivolt or pilot duty rating, 3/8” diameter by approx. 4” long stainless steel sensing bulb, 36” long capillary and a ¼” NPT 3 pc “stuffing box” fitting. Calibrated at 350 F, with a temperature regulating range of 200F to 400F. Screw terminals are used for electrical connections. Can be equal to or replace Frymaster 8073515 and Dean 1204 Included is a new knob marked with “OFF” and degrees “F” and “C” It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully check these specs to assure suitability in the application.
