Our High Temp Phenolic wheel can withstand up to temperatures of 475°F continuously and 575°F intermittently (1 hour). These wheels can also withstand -40°F temperatures as well. Our high temperature phenolic wheels are made out of a combination of resin mixed with fiber glass in order to resist high temperatures while providing an impact resistant wheel. This wheel can withstand up to 900 lbs weight capacity each but the capacities are rated for room temperatures. If these are under maximum heat or cold for long periods please reduce the weight capacity by 20%. The swivel caster that holds the wheel or what we also call the 'rig' or 'swivel yoke' has a heat treated double ball bearing raceway with a 5/8" kingpin bolt for strength, and a zinc plated coating for maximum rust corrosion resistance.
