Thanks to the LTI patented design, this unit features a refrigeration system that uses convection air, producing a circulating cold air zone around the full area of the inserted pan. This system maintains temperatures without the risk of freezing and without drying out your product.<br><br>Showcasing the food with a flush design, the drop-in configuration provides a self-contained unit, which is easy to install in your counter, serving line, cart, or table. It runs on a powerful 8.8 amp motor and has a 1/2 hp refrigeration system. The refrigeration system has a sealed compressor that operates on R-449A refrigerant.<br><br>Durable, the top perimeter frame is constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel and welded, ground, and polished with a thermal break between the top and refrigerated interior.
