Having lived in Hong Kong, Sydney and London, his work is inspired in both form and style by these western and eastern influences. Merging traditional Chinese inks with European watercolour and pen techniques in a contemporary style reflects the fusion of his Chinese-French ancestry and brings it into a modern context. Represented by the Avenue Des Arts gallery in Hong Kong, this entirely self taught artist utilizes a variety of techniques, subject matter and themes to expand the repertoire of his ink and art collection.</p> <p>Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.</p>
