The series, available in 8 size options to ensure optimum performance, offers energy savings, with higher flow rates. Simple assembly and maintenance reduces downtime.
The CRA1 rack and amp; pinion rotary actuator offers very high torque-to-size and accurate positioning. Bore sizes are 30, 50, 63, 80 and 100mm. Units may be ordered auto-switch capable and with cushions. Dimensions range from 3" X 4" X 2" to a maximum of 8" X 9.65" X 4.41". Single shaft end or double shaft end models are available.

The MY2 high precision guide cylinder is available in bore sizes 16mm, 25mm and 40mm. This series has been designed with a high precision single or double axis guide to create a compact, low profile cylinder. Maintenance has been simplified by allowing the cylinder to be detached without disturbing the guide unit and work piece.
The NCG provides precision mounting, short overall length, and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard and an optional adjustable air cushion is available. Nine mounting styles include basic body, foot, single clevis, front or rear flange, front or rear trunnion, nose mount, and double clevis. Bore sizes range from 3/4in. to 2 1/2in. and standard stroke lengths from 1in. to 12in.. The NCG series is auto-switch capable. Non-rotating and double rod are standard options.
The NCRB single vane, double shaft style rotary actuator is available in 7 sizes (10-30mm). Rotation angles of up to 270 is possible for the entire series. The NCRB series offers smooth, step-free operation and long life expectancies in rugged service applications. Optional auto switches are available.
The NRB shock absorber has a specially designed orifice that compensates for varying speeds and loads to consistently decelerate loads without requiring additional adjustment. The double seal enclosure consisting of a scraper and a rod seal, provides extra insurance against leakage. The NRB series shock absorbers are available in six sizes and all withstand an impact speed of 16 ft/sec.
The NZX is a single-stage vacuum generator. The modular design allows the user to choose only the components needed for the application. The ZX is available with a combination of generator unit, supply/release valve unit, pressure switch unit, and suction filter unit. Order without the generator unit for use as a filter and valve assembly for house vacuum systems. Special function plates allow the use of shop air to create the vacuum, and nitrogen for the blow-off. NZX is available in standalone or manifold configurations.

It can be raised or lowered according to the distance required to stop the work piece. The ZCUK series is a non-rotating free mount cylinder for vacuum applications. The ZCUK was created by providing a vacuum passage in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod. A guide is provided as standard equipment. Vacuum pads are available with pad diameters of 2 to 50. Cap or rod piping is available to the rod side. Series ZCUK is available in 5 bore diameters.
