The vertical mounting bracket mates with the existing integrated mounting holes to allow for mounting on ceilings, desks, trussing, etc. It can also be used to mount perpendicular from a wall or other vertical surface. The bracket is built out of sturdy 12 gauge steel and finished with a sleek matte black powder coat.</p>
