The aggressor-f high performance carbide roughing end mills with Weldon flat are designed for heavy material removal applications where cycle times are critical. The relaxed 20? helix enhances stability in hard materials with fine tooth serrations to promote smooth chip clearance by creating small chips in the hardest materials. The additional corner chamfer provides additional edge strength and wear protection. Made from premium C-2 grade sub-micron grain carbide with 10% cobalt content. Available in bright finish & with TiAlN coating. High performance roughing end mill features progressive flute geometry, in addition to a sinusoidal wave form on the cutting edge offering ideal chip evacuation, with optimum work piece finish. Designed for shallow slotting and peripheral milling in difficult to machine and abrasive materials.
