The Earthworks IM Series gooseneck microphones are designed for permanent installation in ceilings and tabletops for conferencing and other speech applications.

Performance
When capturing every word is critical, the IM microphones are the most reliable miking solution. Optimized for speech, the IM microphones feature a frequency response out to 30kHz that delivers the highest level of speech intelligibility and articulation. This means less straining to understand the words being spoken due to poor audio quality, so more time can be spent understanding the message being transmitted.

Whether speaking directly on-axis or to the sides of the microphone, the IM microphone always reproduces the speaker's voice with incredible clarity and intelligibility. This wider coverage also means that fewer Earthworks microphones are required to properly cover a conference room, cutting down on the number of channels of DSP, cables and other ancillary equipment required for the system. Compatible with all DSP systems that provide 24-48V phantom power, the IM microphones can easily integrate into existing system designs or new installations.

Construction
Designed with aesthetics in mind, the IM microphones feature a slim 0.375" (9.5mm) gooseneck that allows precise positioning of the microphone for optimal coverage. The microphone flange measures just over 1.4 inches (36.5mm) wide and 0.125 inches (3.2mm) tall, mounting flush into the tabletop or ceiling.

The Earthworks SR40V is world-class handheld vocal microphone designed for live performance.

Performance
Featuring revolutionary circuitry that is hand matched to its capsule for flawless sonic performance, the SR40V delivers natural clarity of sound and unmatched presence and depth for vocals.

The SR40V's near-perfect hypercardioid polar pattern is consistent across all frequencies, simplifying mic placement, ensuring more gain before feedback and virtually eliminating phasing issues when using multiple microphones. Singers can also maintain freedom of movement and still maintain pristine sound quality and plenty of gain.

Its clean on-axis response provides maximum intelligibility of vocals up to 90 degrees off-axis, while rejecting off-axis noise and feedback from ambiance, surrounding instruments and nearby stage monitors thanks to its more than 30dB of rear rejection.

Capable of handling sound pressure levels of up to 145dB without distortion, the SR40V can handle nearly any vocalist.

Designed for the road, the SR40V lightning fast transient response, extended frequency range, and tight hypercardioid pickup pattern reproduce breathtaking vocals that bring studio quality sound to the stage.
