Blickman Base Cabinets offer double walled solid doors for added strength and sound deadening for optimal performance. MATERIALS: Stainless Steel, Type 300 series, nickel-bearing. GAUGES: Sides, bottom, rabbets, outer door pans, top railing, shelves - 18 gauge. Recessed base - 16 gauge. Drawers, back panels, inner door panels - 20 gauge. CONSTRUCTION: Cabinets are constructed as complete and separate units, independent of adjacent units or additional components for rigidity or stability. Double walled drawers and doors close flush with the cabinet face to present a neat, clean appearance. Bottom of cabinet is fitted with a channel shaped base. Gussets with leveling bolts are welded into the corners accessible through button-covered holes punched in the cabinet bottoms. (Base is omitted when installation on masonry bases is specified). Attachment affects a toe space of approximately 3" X 4" HIGH (7.62 X 10.16) Doors are of double wall, telescoping pan construction, fitting into the rabbeted frame of the cabinet, and hung on semi-concealed, stainless steel hinges. Doors are equipped with die-cast aluminum bar pulls and spring activated nylon roller catches. Drawer bodies are a one-piece construction with coved corners. Drawer face equipped with die cast aluminum bar poles. Drawers operated on full extension ball bearing roller slides with soft close. The 9881SSW Wall Mounted Scrub Sink: MATERIALS: Stainless Steel, Type 300 Series, nickel-bearing. GAUGES: 14 gauge CONTRUCTION: Blickman 9800 Series Lodi Scrub Sinks are built with seamless construction, with 1" (2.54) coved corners. Bowls are 9-1/4" (23.495) deep at rim and 18-1/2" (46.99) from spout to drain allowing for a deep scrub area. The spout is positioned toward the rear of the sink to divert water splash away from the operator. Undersides of the bowl are sound deadened and enclosed by double walled end panels. Each sink is houses an infra-red sensor and knee panels for manual operation. The housing extends 21" (53.34) from the basin and hangs 14-1/2" (36.83) from finished floor. Sink supplied with wall mounting brackets. (Refer to installation manual). Sinks provide scrub areas approximately 30" (76.20) wide x 21-1/2" (54.61) deep, swivel gooseneck faucet, adjustable thermostatic mixing valve, check stop strainer, infra-red sensor, flow control valve, 1-1/2" (3.81) Strainer and tailpiece. WELDING: All welding is accomplished by heli-arc method. All exposed welds ground smooth. FINISH: All exposed stainless steel surfaces are free from pit marks, weld seams and scale, and polished to a No. 4 satin finish.
