System 450 is a family of modular, digital electronic controls that is easily assembled and set up to provide reliable temperature, pressure, and humidity control for a wide variety of HVAC/R applications, commercial process applications, and industrial process applications. The System 450 control system is designed to replace System 350 and System 27 control systems, and to provide many additional features and benefits with fewer than twenty model variations. System 450 control modules provide a field-configurable out-of-the-box solution. Most System 450 control modules can control temperature, pressure, and humidity systems simultaneously. System 450 Control Modules with Communications enable you to connect System 450 control systems to Modbus or Ethernet networks for remote monitoring and setup. The Modbus communications control module is an RS485, RTU-compliant slave device. The Ethernet communications control module has an integral web server that can deliver web pages by means of a direct connection, on your LAN, or across the Internet. System 450 Reset Control Modules provide many of the features of the standard models for temperature and humidity control. In addition, these modules provide set point reset, real-time setback scheduling, and run-time balancing (equal run time) capability. The System 450 Control Module with Hybrid Analog Output has a single self-selecting analog output to optimize and extend the controlled speed range of variable speed electronically commutated (EC) motors.

The 1/2 in. flared valve line accurately regulates the flow of hot or cold water in small HVAC terminal units. These 1/2 in. valves are available with a factory-installed V-3000-1 exposed type pneumatic actuator; enclosed actuators (V-3000-2) are also available (order separately). This valve style is available for field mounting the VA-805x Series electric actuators or with a factory-coupled VA-805x Series electric actuator.

The HE-6800 Series Humidity Transmitters with Temperature Sensor provide both humidity and temperature sensing in room wall-mount applications. The transmitter offers local warmer/cooler temperature set point adjustment and temporary occupancy override. The humidity sensor provides Relative Humidity (RH) accuracy of +/-2% or +/-3% RH and measures RH over the entire range of 0 to 100%. A warmer/cooler dial is included on certain models for minor temperature adjustments from the set point. All models feature an occupancy override button that allows the user to override time-of-day scheduling when the space is occupied outside of the normal occupied hours schedule. The transmitter also includes DIP switches to enable or disable override and Light-Emitting Diode (LED) functions. In addition, all models feature a user-selectable 0 to 5 VDC or 0 to 10 VDC humidity output switch, and a power supply selection switch. The HE-6800 Series Humidity Transmitters include screw terminal block terminations that provide flexibility for field wiring. All models include a 6-pin modular jack access port for connecting accessories to the Zone Bus. This feature allows a technician to commission or service the controller via the transmitter. Warmer/cooler set point dial (select models) ? allows for minor temperature adjustments from the set point.

The M9106-AGA-2N0x synchronous motor-driven actuators provide floating (3-wire) control and are easily installed on a VAV box. They may also be installed on a small- to medium-sized damper with a round shaft up to 1/2 in. (13 mm) in diameter or a 3/8 in. (10 mm) square shaft. These compact, non-spring-return actuators have 53 lb?in (6 N?m) running torque in a compact easy-to-install package. The actuators are available with either a nominal 60-second travel time at 60 Hz (72 seconds at 50 Hz) or a nominal 120-second travel time at 60 Hz (144 seconds at 50 Hz) for 90? of rotation. The M9106-AGS-2N02 Actuator/Transmitter combines an M9106-AGA-2N02 with a prewired DPT-2015 Differential Pressure Transmitter that has a 0 to 1.5 in. W.C. (0 to 374 Pa) differential pressure range.

The P599 Series Electronic Pressure Transducers are compact, economical, rugged, direct-mount pressure transducers designed for use in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning applications. These transducers provide a proportional analog signal based on the sensed pressure. The P599 Series Transducers feature environmentally protected electronics with stainless steel construction. The digitally compensated P599 Transducers are highly accurate over a broad temperature range, resisting the effects of wide ambient temperature swings, high humidity, condensation, and icing. The pressure port is machined from 304L stainless steel. No O-rings or organic materials are exposed to the pressure media, allowing for a leak-proof, all-metal, sealed pressure system. The P599 Series Transducers operate with any corrosive or non-corrosive refrigerants that are compatible with stainless steel (304L SS), including water condensate, carbon dioxide, glycol, most refrigerants (including ammonia), and many other compatible fluids and gases. The P599 Transducers also can be used with the following natural refrigerants: NH3 (ammonia) and CO2 (carbon dioxide) in accordance with hazardous location requirements. The P599 Series provides transducers in a variety of pressure ranges, covering most common refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The P70, P72, and P170 Controls for Dual Pressure Applications are designed primarily for use as combination high and low pressure controls on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning applications. These controls are available in several pressure ranges and are compatible with most common refrigerants. Ammonia compatible models are also available. These controls respond directly to system pressure changes on both high and low sides, and can provide single-device control of the compressor. Controls are available in several different electrical ratings and switch configurations, including independent high and low pressure switches (on P70S and P170S models). The P72 models provide direct control of 208 to 240 volt, single-phase motors up to three horsepower, and 208 to 220 volt, three-phase motors up to five horsepower.

The p70, p72, and p170 controls for low pressure applications are designed primarily for low pressure cut-out control, pump-down control, and capacity control on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning applications. These controls are available in several pressure ranges and are compatible with most common refrigerants. They may also be used on other non-corrosive fluid applications. The thermistor temperature sensors have a negative temperature coefficient, and a reference resistance of 2.2k ohms or 10.0k ohms.
