QSC's GP118 and GP218 subwoofers offer a unique solution that addresses the requirements of digital motion picture soundtracks. Featuring high excursion, 18" low-frequency transducers mounted in ported enclosures, these systems extend response to the lowest audible frequency.

The GP118/GP218 are premium, highperformance, direct radiating 18-inch subwoofers for screen channel or surround channel low frequency extension. With an impressive combination of low frequency performance and musical accuracy, the GP118 and GP218 are an ideal subwoofer companion to QSC's AcousticPerformance™ Series loudspeakers when used in high output immersive sound surround
applications. Cabinets can be placed on the floor, or suspended from the ceiling to avoid occupying floor seating space.

The GP118 features a single 18-inch transducer that incorporates a double layer spider and triple roll surround for extended
and controlled excursion at extreme power. The GP218 features two of these same transducers. The 4" voice coil is wound on a fiberglass former to prevent deformation at high operating temperatures and is extensively vented to reduce power compression. An aluminum demodulating ring also further reduces distortion.

The GP118 and GP218 enclosures are constructed of 18mm Baltic birch plywood with internal bracing to eliminate acoustic losses due to panel resonance while maintaining the enclosure's robustness. Built-in M10 threaded fittings allow the GP118 and GP218 to be easily and
safely suspended (using installer provided hardware). Further contributions to cabinet rigidity include vent walls constructed of the
same plywood as the enclosure. Ample port area allows free movement of air resulting in minimal turbulence and port distortion.

Finishing the enclosure's aesthetic design, the transducer is protected by a 16-gauge, powder coated steel grille. The subwoofers can be stacked vertically using their interlocking feet and recess features machined into the enclosure's top panel.

The MP-M Series music and paging mixers offer unprecedented capabilities for processing and routing high-quality foreground/ background audio for multi-zone retail and hospitality applications, and provides live mixing functionality for business applications that also require live speech reinforcement, including fitness clubs, hotel meeting rooms, banquet halls etc.

Hardware
The MP-M80 has eight mic/line inputs, eight line inputs and eight zone outputs while the MP-M40 has four mic/line inputs, four line inputs and four zone outputs. Each line input features dual phono jacks (summed to mono) for easy connection to the sources typically found in business music installations.

Both models are equipped with cue bus outputs for auditioning zones and tracks, a USB port for storing and recalling design files, presets and scenes (beyond the mixer?s internal memory), both conveniently located on the front panel. They also include two general purpose inputs for external control triggers, and an Ethernet port for connection to a wireless router to allow your system to gain access to the designer and end user control apps (MP Install and MP Manage.)

Processing
Input processing: All inputs feature comprehensive processing including high and low-pass filters, 4-band parametric EQ, a gate and a dynamics processor that may be configured as an automatic gain control (AGC) or a compressor. The processing is responsive and musical.

Output Processing: Any combination of input channels may be designated as sources for any output zone. Two input channels may be designated as priority sources that will ?duck? the selected input channel for paging/ announcements or to allow a higher-priority source to take over. There are also processing blocks for auto-loudness, equalization (1/3 octave GEQ) and limiting. All output channels include 12 anti-feedback notch filters with a wizard to assist in setting the filters.

The RMXa Series is an update on a proven line of amplifiers line of amplifiers combining legendary QSC reliability, audio performance and affordability. Entertainers and touring users can continue to rely on the RMXa as one of the leading amplifier series in the world. For mid-power applications, the 2RU models offer 4O power ratings from 300 to 800 watts per channel. For premium loudspeaker systems with extremely high power capacity the 3RU models (RMX 4050a and RMX 5050a) are unchallenged.

The RMXa Series amplifiers from QSC offer true professional-quality performance at an affordable price. Three 2-rackspace models range in power from 430 to 1200 watts per channel at 2 ohms. Two 3-rackspace models provide 2000 to 2500 watts per channel at 2 ohms. All five models feature a compact chassis less than 16" deep. RMXa amplifiers include a comprehensive set of features including XLR and 1/4" balanced inputs, Speakon and binding post outposts for convenient connectivity. User-defeatable clip limiters and selectable low-frequency filters optimize sonic performance.

QSC's RMX 5050a power amplifier represents state-of-the-art in professional quality performance at an affordable price. Perfectly suited for a wide range of sound reinforcement applications including professional touring, performing musicians, and mobile entertainers, the RMX 5050a is optimized to deliver high levels of sustained power, extraordinary audio performance and road-proven reliability.

The RMX 4050a is a "heavy duty" model designed to work as hard into 2 ohm loads as most competing amplifiers will at 4 ohms.
Both the RMX 5050a and RMX 4050a feature a three-tier, Class H design that is extremely efficient at real world power levels. Less AC current is wasted and more available current goes into producing useful audio power. 120 volt versions of the RMX4050a accomplish all this with a standard 15 amp plug.
