SmartPresence and SmartLink technologies ensure supervised operation by automatically shutting the heater off if no one is detected nearby after a manually set period of time. SmartLink shuts the heater off if the Bluetooth connection to the unit is broken. Neither functions shut off the stirrer. The Guardian series has a speed range of 60 to 1600 rpm. SafetyHeat is an early detection system that monitors and shuts off heating before an overheating incident may occur, while SmartHeat controls the maximum temperature to prevent the overheating of sensitive samples. SmartRate controls the ramp rates of both speed and temperature to ensure precise sample control. SmartHousing keeps this unit cool to the touch and chemical-resistant, allowing you to feel save moving the unit, while also knowing that your sample chemicals won't unintentionally destroy the internal electronics. Its easy-to-clean design also channels spills away from internal components and the control panel. The USB port makes storing data and programming repeat applications simple and easy.
