OKON Waterproofing Sealer is an easy-to-use multi-surface water repellent and sealer. It helps protect porous concrete or wood from the damaging effects of water absorption. Water is a major cause of premature deterioration of many building materials. In concrete water causes efflorescence, mold, freeze-thaw, damage, dusting and staining. In wood water absorption causes splitting, cracking, warping rotting and mold. Multi-surface helps prevent these occurrences by significantly reducing water absorption. Unlike simple wax-based repellents, multi-surface is an acrylic/siloxane blend that provides protection long after the initial water-beading action has ended. A single application can last one to three years and can be easily refreshed with another application.
