9134 Mirka Multi Hole Abranet Grip Faced Interface Vacuum Pad Protector3 in x 4 in, 1/8 in Thick, Qty 5 This grip faced interface pad is a firm density pad.  It is 3 x 4 inches in rectangle, has multiple holes, and works with Abranet abrasives. The pad protector makes Abranet discs stick better and protects backup pads from premature wear. Mirka's pad savers are designed to protect the backing pad from wear and tear, when sanding aggressively and continuously with net products. These cost effective pad savers, placed between the backing pad and the sanding disc, should be changed regulary. The pad savers prolong the life of the backing pad. Match the pad saver hole pattern to the backing pad by locating the matching holes on the pad saver to the locating spots on the backing pad. Apply and press the pad saver firmly to the backing pad. Fasten the abrasive to the pad saver. Place the sander on the object to be sanded and then start the sanding machine.
