It features TripleSEal protection that is designed into the pump end of the motor to protect the bearings from water, pests, and debris, extending the life of the motor. It has premium sealed 203 bearings on both ends and also has an open and accessible terminal board and wiring compartment. With an auto protector and 303 stainless steel threaded shaft, this pump has a patented CENTURY SEAL which is its primary line of defense in preventing moisture from washing the grease out of a bearing. It also has an IP-55 rated lip seal located behind the Century seal to ensure any moisture that might make it past is stopped in its tracks. It also has an integrated bearing lock plate for preventing moisture ingress to the back side of the bearing.
