This Duramax intercooler is precision engineered with durable cast-aluminum end tanks that resist cracking under high temperatures and boost pressures.<br><br>The massive 68mm-thick bar-and-plate core is 70% thicker than stock and is designed for maximum cooling. In addition, the larger core reduces restriction by over 64% compared to the stock intercooler. We've also increased the size of the intercooler inlet and outlet by 6mm and 12mm, respectively, to improve flow even more.<br><br>Included with this intercooler is an adapter cold-side pipe with DuraCore&trade; boot and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Two additional bungs on the adapter pipe can be drilled and tapped for sensors or water/meth injection.
