Plus, the large 3/4" digital display makes it easy to view the current temperature and time remaining on a set timer. With a timer range of up to 4 hours, along with 3 timer keys, you will always know exactly when each product is ready to serve. The undercounter construction of this unit is specifically designed to save you space and slides directly under your counter with its compact 32" height. <br><br> A total of 8 full size pan slides accept full size 18" x 26" sheet pans and each slide is separated by 2 7/8" of space. The clear, .2" thick glass door provides outstanding impact and heat resistance and the dual halogen lamps in the interior of the cabinet illuminate the products to allow for easy monitoring. Plus, with an all-stainless steel construction, this unit provides extreme durability, standing up even under heavy use. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal and double skin construction ensure the warm air inside does not escape.
