MOMO\'s warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PRODUCT and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired or replaced Product. This limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty.
