<p>The Ruger American Short Action Picatinny Rail Mount is a dedicated optic mounting platform built specifically for Ruger American Short Action rifles, allowing for precision mounting of your preferred scope.</p><p> The rail is compatible with Short Action Ruger American short action models only. If the distance is 2.5 inches, then you will require a Ruger American Rimfire Length Picaitnny rail.</p><p> The Picatinny rail section installs directly to the factory mounting holes in the Ruger American using the included #6 set screws. The rail sections are compatible with both Picatinny and Weaver based rings and optics. 6.9 inches or 17 rail slots in length, the rail allows for flexible placement of your optic for optimum eye relief and cheek weld.</p><p> Available in two styles - a 0 MOA mount and a 20 MOA mount. </p><p> The 0 MOA mount is completely level and is suitable for zeroing your scope at short to mid range distances.</p><p> The 20 MOA mount is angled upward at 20 MOA. The angled plane gives you a higher range of elevation adjustment when zeroing your scope.
