snippetThe Motobilt frame mount spring hangers are a great way to move your spring mounts on your frame. They are designed to fit around your factory frame rails and weld in place. These mounts can be used to replace factory mounts or to relocate your leaf springs. They are 2.5 inch wide at the mounting location of the frame rails and the width where the leaf spring mounts is 3 inch. This is the typical measurement of a Jeep YJ rear leaf spring with bushings installed.<br><br>These mounts work very well with our Motobilt Jeep YJ stretch kit if you want to re use your factory Jeep YJ leaf springs. You would need to cut your old mounts off clean with the frame. The new mounts would then be positioned and welded in place. These mounts are cut in house at Motobilt by laser from 1/4 inch thick high strength steel plate. The kit includes enough pieces to do a Pair of leaf spring mounts. They do not come welded. We recommend that you have these welded by a professional.<br>
