Sirius Multigas Detectors offer simultaneous monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) with low vapor pressures and combustible, toxic and oxygen-deficient atmospheres within one portable, hand-held device.
- HIGH-PERFORMANCE PID: The Sirius Multigas Detector is a multifunctional device that combines a high-performance proprietary PID (Photoionization Detection) and four-gas detection. It features flexible configurations for detection of hundreds of chemicals. This Sirius device can be used with or without PID mode such as when a four-gas detector is needed.
- RELIABLE PERFORMANCE AND ALARM: MSA's own proprietary PID sensor design provides excellent performance including humidity resistance, stable zero readings, and fast response and clear times. A piercing alarm and multidirectional bright LED lights give users audible and visible alarm condition warnings.
- EASY TO USE SOFTWARE: For user convenience, this device's software offers pre-programming and easy scrolling. It also has extremely simple one-button calibration that helps to ensure proper sensor performance. This device is also compatible with MSA's Galaxy Automated Test System for automated calibration and record keeping.
- CONVENIENT LAMP AND BATTERY: PID lamp access for lamp cleaning or changing is made easy, as the unit's lamp holder is conveniently located on the front of the instrument. Swapping out batteries in the field is also made easier thanks to a unique, user-friendly design for the alkaline battery pack.
