Remove the seat and position the bib on the tank with the cutout around the dash.<br />2. Thread the lower loop of elastic cord under the frame at the base of the tank, then stretch the loop wide and pull it forward over the latch bracket.<br />3. Rest the center of the larger elastic cord on the fuel cap. Route the cord under the front of both sides of the tank.<br />4. Pull the center of the cord back to the rear of the tank, guiding the cord under the tank.<br />5. Hook the center of the cord under the base of the tank securely. Besure the cord is routed around the latch release cable as pictured.<br />6. Reinstall the seat.
