Cell culture vessel is mounted onto a borosilicate cover glass that is thin to allow examination using inverted microscope systems at high magnification levels. The polystyrene upper structure is attached to the glass with a non-toxic medical grade silicone adhesive. Excellent for confocal image analysis. Chambered cover glass medium chamber is not removable.
