This is a set of 3 course rasps made by a highly respected tool manufacturer in the Czech Republic and is of exceptional quality. The set contains 3 course cut rasps: 6 mm round, 16 mm wide rectangular and 16 mm wide halfround. The blades are made from tool steel and then hardened to RC 45. The blades are stitched with a CNC machine which produces a uniform tooth pattern and height allowing for a steady removal rate and an even finish. These are considered course cut rasps with 20 teeth per square centimeter. Handles are 145 mm long, 36 mm in diameter and have solid brass ferrules. Handles are made from hard and dense European Hornbeam. Rectangular and half round blades are 16 mm wide and 150 mm long. Overall lengths are 295 mm (12 inches).
